Opti stops floods and turns stormwater into an asset.

Out of the Blue’s founder was a senior marketing analyst for OptiRTC, the first and leading climate-adaptive stormwater technology for protecting communities from floods and pollution. Large and small cities have benefited from CSO and flood risk reduction thanks to Opti’s smart infrastructure solution which creates storage capacity for stormwater retention and detention.

Sivan planned and implemented East Coast regional marketing strategy, managed strategic accounts, and helped drive a small marketing team that increased lead generation approximately 7.5% YOY. Through this sales enablement role, she also helped double Opti’s case study and conference abstract portfolio, as well as modernize Opti’s brand voice and storytelling. She also co-delivered a benefit-cost analysis for a large-scale NYC redevelopment project and extensive industry award application.

Through Sivan’s strategic account management, she was pivotal in rescuing two projects, securing key insights and navigating multistakeholder dynamics. She also identified and pre-qualified over 200 retrofit projects with one of the largest jurisdictions protecting the Chesapeake Bay.

OptiRTC, the first and leading predictive, real-time control solution for managing stormwater, turns infrastructure from passive into climate-adaptive storage by emptying, capturing, holding, and releasing runoff based on weather predictions and real-time data analytics including capacity, flow rate and other characteristics.
